How to Make Greek Yogurt at Home

What You Need:

1 liter milk (low-fat is best for weight loss)

2 tablespoons plain yogurt with *live culture* (check the label - it must say "live cultures" or "active cultures")

Clean cloth or thin towel

*Procedures:*

Boil the milk - Put milk in a pot and boil it. Stir so it doesn't burn.
