We provide a vibrant and empowering support service to young people in Bedfordshire.

We offer fun, educational and accessible opportunities, developing self-esteem, confidence and resilience We aim to inspire young people to reach their potential by creating trusting, non-judgemental environments that are inclusive, nurturing and respectful, thus enabling them to make positive contributions to society in spite of any barriers that they may face. We welcome young people from across Bedford and surrounding areas, in school years 1 to 11. The majority of our places are available to those who meet our bursary criteria, ensuring equal opportunities for all. We pride ourselves on the longevity of the support we give our young people, many of whom have been coming to F4YP for several years. We love being a part of their journey, seeing positive changes as they overcome challenges in their lives.

We’re delighted to welcome JC to Fun 4 Young People as our new Youth Service Lead!

With a background in teaching, JC brings valuable experience of working with young people and developing activity programmes. In their new role, JC will oversee our after-school and holiday clubs, helping us continue to provide fun, safe and supportive environments where young people can build confidence, develop friendships and thrive.

From sport and active clubs to multi-activity sessions, there’s something for young people in school years 1–11.

If your young person could benefit from a fun, supportive space after school, come and join us. Our team is here to help young people build confidence, make friends and try new things.

A huge thank you to Towers Health & Racquets Club for choosing Fun 4 Young People as your Charity of the Year!

We’re so grateful for your support and for everyone who voted for us. Being chosen means so much to our team and will help us continue supporting young people and families across Bedfordshire.

We are delighted to announce that after a very tight voting battle, the two charities the Club will support in 2026-27 are Magpas Air Ambulance and Fun 4 Young People. You can read more about them and the vitally important work they do in our community on our website (link in comments below).

We look forward to fundraising for them over the next 12 months.
