Join us THIS SATURDAY between 11am and 3pm to celebrate the wonderful world of drawing and mark-making ✍️

Inspired by our new gallery activity for children where young visitors can pretend to be an artist in their studio, we are transforming the gallery. We’re setting up an artist’s studio space, surrounded by a host of intriguing objects chosen from our collections store.

Visitors can borrow sketching materials, choose a spot to sit and just draw to make their mark! No skill is required, all marks are welcome! Artist Phil White will be on hand to encourage and support. Why not enjoy listening to one of our new Mindful Art Guides first before focusing on a more mindful sketching session. :
