🌟 Meet the Team 🌟

Introducing Luke Smith, our Lead PBS Practitioner and part of Midway Care Group’s Clinical Team 💚

With over 16 years of experience in health and social care, Luke plays an important role supporting both the people we support and our staff teams across Midway Care Group.

His experience includes supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs through person-centred and positive behaviour support approaches.

Luke supports teams with behavioural assessments, specialist training, compatibility assessments and practical strategies that help people live safely, happily and as independently as possible. He also supports best practice across our services, including PROACT-SCIP training and Restraint Reduction Network compliance ✅

Known for his calm and practical approach, Luke is a valued part of the team and is always on hand to support services to achieve positive outcomes 💙

Outside of work, Luke enjoys spending time with his family, gaming and finding new adventures together.

Their latest CQC inspection, published on 26th May 2026, has been rated GOOD overall, with all five areas rated Good:

🌷 Uxbridge Supported Living🌷

Beth, Zoe, Carl and Shayma, from our Coventry based service, have had the best time exploring the beautiful tulip fields, enjoying the fresh air, vibrant colours and making lovely memories together 💐☀️

The fun continued at Red Kangaroo, where Beth, Zoe, Carl, Wesley and Locality Manager Sophie enjoyed an action packed day full of bouncing, climbing and lots of laughter ❤️

A great example of personalised support in action… building confidence, having new experiences and staying active 🫶

🎱 We love to get out in the community enjoying games, social activities and shared experiences, to build confidence, independence and friendships.

🌳 Holly loves finding new places - she had a fantastic day out at the Monkey Forest, making the most of the sunshine and exploring somewhere new.

🎉 Lorraine and Sharon enjoy lunch together often followed by a fun afternoon at bingo, enjoying time out and staying connected with their local community 💙

🏡 Here we look back at some lovely moments from Katherine House, our residential service in Birmingham, where people have been enjoying holidays, hobbies, celebrations and building everyday independence skills together 📸

✨ Paul enjoyed a trip to Blackpool, keeping on top of his washing, going shopping and organising his clean clothes independently.

🎂 Rosemarie celebrated her birthday, spent time with the lovely Maisie 🐶, swapped Valentine’s gifts and got ready for a Halloween party.

🎶 Sean enjoyed dancing, trips to the cinema, completing his favourite jigsaws and making fantastic progress with his weight loss journey.

🥪 Tina helped get the house ready for a party, made her own lunch, spent time with Maisie, took her for walks around the garden and enjoyed knitting.

🎨 Tariq spent time enjoying his favourite hobby of painting, visited Blackpool, went shopping, played pool and helped sweep the leaves from the drive.

There’s always so much going on at Katherine House, with plenty of fun, friendships, activities and achievements being celebrated along the way 💙

🏡 Now Welcoming New Referrals – Knightsbridge Supported Living, Burton-on-Trent 🏡

Our Knightsbridge supported living service is ready to welcome new people into a warm, spacious and fully furnished shared home for up to three individuals. Two people are already happily settled and we are looking for the right person to join the home 💙

The service offers:

✨ Large shared kitchen, dining and lounge areas
✨ Spacious garden and outdoor space
✨ 24/7 qualified support staff on site

🌿 Bee Lane Garden Project 🌿

Tim at Bee Lane Supported Living in Wolverhampton has been supported by the team to create his own outdoor space 🏡

After gaining permission from Inclusion Homes, Tim helped choose a new shed and patio area alongside his support team. Since then, he’s been enjoying BBQs with Wayne, planting flowers, making hanging baskets and adding fruit trees to the garden 🌸🍎

He’s now waiting for his garden furniture to arrive to complete the space ☀️

Fantastic transformation 🙌
