Join us in celebrating and thanking our incredible volunteers this Volunteers’ Week! πŸ’™

Every day, our volunteers make a real difference to the lives of the people we support.

From answering calls on our Helpline and supporting crisis intervention services, to helping with office-based tasks, awareness events, social media and community outreach β€” their time, compassion, and dedication help keep our work going.

Whether they give a few hours a week or support us behind the scenes, every contribution matters. Their kindness, commitment, and willingness to help others are at the heart of everything we do, and we simply couldn’t do it without them.

To every one of our volunteers: thank you for your passion, your care, and the countless ways you support our mission. You truly make a difference every single day. πŸ’™

In this session, we’ll explore:

πŸ’™ Key listening and communication skills
πŸ’™ Practical tools and simple tips to support others
πŸ’™ How to create safe and supportive conversations

Whether at work, at home, or in your community, this course will help you feel more prepared to support someone who may be struggling.
