🌙 One Birmingham Community Iftar 2026

Last night, we gathered as neighbours, friends, and community — united in faith, reflection, and hope.

From powerful youth poetry and heartfelt reflections, to the beautiful call to prayer and conversations around our shared future, the evening reminded us of what makes Birmingham so special: its people.

We heard voices filled with pride, honesty, and aspiration — and reflected on the Pride in Place programme, which will see £20 million invested into Sparkbrook North over the next 10 years to support the future of our community.

Thank you to everyone who attended, shared their stories, volunteered, and helped create such a warm and welcoming space. Many described the evening as uplifting, humble, and full of love — and that is exactly what community should feel like.

This is what One Birmingham looks like. 🤍
