Our green ceilidh in Cambridge is happening TONIGHT for the first time in over 10 years!!! Get your dancing shoes on and head over to Downing Place Church 🌞🐛👯‍♀️

Come along to dance, chat, and meet! All abilities and ages are welcome, as well as members and non members. We'll have some space for people to sit and watch if they'd like to. There will also be snacks and drinks provided 💚

We've spent a bit on the venue and band, so we need lots of people to come so we can make it back in ticket sales and so we can run this event again in the future!!!!

🗓️ 20th October
📍Downing Place United Reform Church.
⏰ Doors open 6:30, ceilidh from 7 (led by a proper caller and a live ceilidh band).

Some people have been asking us about the new Green society which has recently popped up at the University of Cambridge. Hopefully, this is a little explainer for you!

We're really excited by the growth of the Green Party locally, particularly amongst the young, demonstrated by the founding of this new society. If you're a student at ARU and want to keep this energy going, get in touch!

Yesterday, some Young Green political activists from Cambridge travelled to the Holborn & St Pancras area to campaign for the Greens in the upcoming By-Election triggered by Sir Kier Starmer standing down as an MP.

Over 200 people turned up in less than 4 days notice; and we were so proud to be a part of such a successful campaign day! Want to help out? Keep an eye on Zack Polanski
London Green Party and Young Greens for future action days in Holborn & St Pancras. See you there 🌱
