We are committed to listening to our tenants and using your feedback to improve the housing services we offer.

Our Tenant Satisfaction Survey 2026 is now underway and is being carried out independently by ARP Research on our behalf.

When you receive your survey invitation, we would be grateful if you could spare 5-10 minutes to take part. Your responses will help shape future service improvements and contribute to our Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) reported to the Regulator of Social Housing.

All completed surveys returned by 18 December 2026 will be entered into a prize draw, with three vouchers available worth £250, £150 and £100.

Your views really do count, have your say now by either completing the paper questionnaire delivered to your address or using the QR code below to complete the questionnaire online.
