It’s always brilliant to see the difference the right support can make, and Dave is a fantastic example! 🙌
Since starting his role as Marketing Coordinator at Dolphin ICT three months ago, Dave has continued to go from strength to strength.
Through regular three-weekly check-ins with his job coach, Johnny, we’re able to celebrate his progress, discuss how he’s finding his role and make sure he has the support he needs to succeed.
Today’s review was another positive milestone, with Dave continuing to impress and making a real contribution to the Dolphin team. We couldn’t be happier to see him growing in confidence and thriving in his role.
