Book your space online for our British Sign Language interpreted Bookbug session for Friday, 30th October at Rothes Halls Library!

The only difference to a normal session is that there is another lovely person next to the session leader who interprets the spoken words into sign language. Apart from that you'll still sing, rhyme and share a story as usual. Lots of fun for hearing and deaf families alike! 👉🎶🎉

To round off Dyslexia Awareness Week we thought we'd highlight some of the new Dyslexia Friendly books we have recently added into our library collection!

These books feature increased spacing between the letters, words and lines, increased font size, left-justified text, and bold font in place of italics. AND we have some of the biggest titles and authors including Sarah J. Maas and Elodie Harper as well as Stephen Graham's new non-fiction book Letters to Our Sons.

Our Dyslexia Friendly editions are available to order now from our library catalogue, the whole collection can be found here-

Why not order one ahead of The Wee Read on the 7th of October and join thousands of people in Scotland to celebrate the National Year of Reading!
