“I’m not really into classical music...''

Are you sure? If the Champions League anthem gives you goosebumps, you might be more of a fan than you think!
November’s Musician of the Month is George Frideric Handel, whose Zadok the Priest inspired Tony Britten’s famous Champions League anthem. Where would those big European football nights be without a little help from Handel?

This month, our children will be discovering his music — and perhaps recognising more than they expected!

Powdered wigs and Champions League football… who knew?

What an afternoon we had yesterday at Bradshaw 💚💙
We held the qualifying heats to our 2026 Mr Lewis Singing Competition.
Each class chose and performed their favourite song.
Today's performances were judged by a very special visitor, Mr Long, a former pupil and member of our OOSC team.
Mr Long had the extremely hard task of deciding who would go through to the final on today... watch this space! 🎶
