🌺 A huge well done to our Year 5 and Year 5/6 classes for their beautiful and respectful Remembrance Day assembly. ❤️

Here they are singing one of the songs from the assembly. Their singing was absolutely beautiful and truly moving. They sang with such confidence, respect and maturity, making us all so proud.

Well done, everyone, for creating such a special and meaningful tribute. You should be incredibly proud of yourselves. 🌺❤️

Year 2 have enjoyed their gymnastics lesson in PE today. We moved in different styles to find a picture with a pose. We then copied the pose wonderfully! Ask us our favourite gymnastics pose. 🤸

The Sunflowers 🌻 have had another busy week. We have enjoyed reading our class novel, creating our own fireworks and rainbows in bucket time and working hard on our different skills. 💜

🤸‍♀️ Year 3 have been working hard on developing their balancing skills!
We practised balancing on one leg while lifting a hoop above our heads and lowering it back down. We then challenged ourselves to balance a beanbag on our heads while standing on one leg. For our final challenge, we had to stay balanced on one leg while throwing a beanbag using an underarm throw! 🌟

Lots of concentration, coordination and perseverance on show. Well done, Year 3! 👏

Today the Butterflies 🦋🦋🦋have been learning the importance and the reasons why we wear a poppy for Remembrance Day.🌺The children 👦have made their own poppies using their hands.🙌 🎨They then laid their poppies 🌺on our cenotaph. RIP Lest We Forget.🌺🙏
