Toddler Sense is the follow on programme from Baby Sensory. Every week is different. Great music, great equipment and great new ideas!

Toddler Sense is a multi-award winning activity programme, which introduces children aged 13 months to 5 years-old, to a whole new world of adventure after Baby Sensory. The activities are designed to keep toddlers and children busy, active, and stimulated by offering them a magical, multi-adventure experience in a safe and happy environment. The aims of Toddler Sense are:
• to promote a positive attitude to exercise
• to keep children mentally alert
• to develop imagination and creativity
• to promote social and emotional development
• to enhance language and communication skills
• to gain a basic understanding of mathematics
to develop an understanding of the world in a fun and energetic way. Toddler Sense introduces a whole new world of adventure for toddlers and children. Imagine climbing a snow mountain, going on safari, digging for fossils, swimming with dolphins and hunting for dinosaurs? Every week introduces a whole new adventure. The main emphasis is on mobility, excitement and adventure. It is a fast-moving, action-packed programme. Toddler Sense is very different to Baby Sensory, but equally addictive.

Off to see fireworks this weekend?

A little planning can help make those big bangs more manageable for your little one. 🎆💙💛

Half-term adventures… if you can find a dry moment! 🍂😂

Grab your wellies and head out for a little autumn exploring. Collect leaves for rubbing, help rake and sweep, or find a crunchy pile to jump into!

Rain stopped play? Bring the autumn fun indoors with fruit and veggie printing or leaf rubbing at the kitchen table.

Plenty to discover, lots to chat about and a lovely chance to spend time together. And if all that activity helps bedtime along too… we’ll take it! 😉

What’s your little adventurer’s favourite autumn activity? 💙💛

Tomorrow marks the start of Baby Loss Awareness Week 🌟

Baby Loss Awareness Week exists to raise awareness of the scale and impact of pregnancy and baby loss, and to show support for families who have experienced the loss of a baby.

Half of adults in the UK have experienced baby loss themselves or know someone who has. Yet it can still feel like something we don’t talk about enough, leaving many parents and families feeling isolated in their grief.

Throughout Baby Loss Awareness Week, our friends at Tommy’s will be sharing stories from families, information about baby loss, and support for anyone who has been affected.

If you need support, please reach out to the Tommy’s midwives at [email protected], join one of their private Facebook groups, or visit tommys.org.

And on 15 October, we’ll join families around the world for the Wave of Light, lighting a candle at 7pm in remembrance of babies who are loved and missed. 🕯️

We’re thinking of all the families in our Baby Sensory® and Toddler Sense® communities for whom this week may feel particularly close to home.
