WANTED | We are appealing for help in finding a man who is wanted on a no bail warrant for Malicious Communications and Possession of a Controlled Class B drug.
Philip Hughes, 47 years, has failed to appear at Liverpool Crown Court on 13 November.
He is described as 6ft 2in tall, heavy build, fair hair, and blue eyes. He has ‘NICOLA’ tattooed on his right arm.
Hughes has links with Huyton and Islington area of London.

Last week our officers visited Great Ormond Street Hospital and Charity — giving some of their young patients the chance to try on equipment, sit in police cars and meet police horses.
It was wonderful to see smiles on their faces and give these brave children a break from their treatments.
Thank you to the staff that give these children such good care and for having us along.
