And when the sessions wrapped, the Here East Yard came alive with Texas BBQ , drinks from and incredible live music from emerging artists from London and Austin, TX🎵

Since joining our campus in 2023, Hawk London, one of the UK’s leading motion picture service companies, has transformed their studio into a purpose-built creative engine for world-class production🎬

From a dedicated light testing suite and advanced production facilities, to a flexible events space and a beautifully designed bar built for both filming and hosting, every detail has been engineered with cinematographers and filmmakers in mind 🚀

A Night at the Storehouse 🖼️

Last night, we welcomed 180 guests behind the scenes in the Storehouse at Here East for an after-hours celebration of creativity and innovation.

From live performances with Dick and Dom, Marvin Humes and Kimberly Wyatt, to industry classes led by Nadiya Bychkova, expert panel discussions, and networking with companies on our campus including Hawk London — the festival created a powerful platform for students to share space with high-profile creative industry professionals and build real-world skills 🎤

Designed for creating at scale, Here East is London’s campus for creative, entrepreneurial, and unconventional thinkers to come together to dream big, experiment boldly, and break out of the ordinary.

➡️ From 11 September-2 November, will unveil ‘UMBILICAL’ with free public viewing within Here East’s expansive warehouse studio.

🪢 At 10m high and spanning 12m, the work is monumental in both its scale and complexity with 40 interlocking arms weaving an umbilical-like rope.
