Stress incontinence is not something you just have to live with, but the vast majority of women I see have never actually been told that, which means they have spent years managing it instead of treating it.

It is a structural problem, not a bladder issue. When oestrogen declines, the connective tissue supporting the urethra and pelvic floor thins and loses integrity, and that is what needs to be addressed. Within my Fem Glo plan I use radiofrequency and PRP to restore exactly that, and the results for women who commit to it can be really significant.

If this is something you have been silently dealing with, come and have a proper conversation about it. Send me a message or book a consultation via the link in my bio ✨️🔗

Every woman will experience changes to the vaginal and vulvar area in her lifetime. Yet it remains one of the most under-discussed topics in women’s healthcare, and that needs to change.

These changes are not purely cosmetic. They arise from childbirth, perimenopause, menopause, trauma, and the natural ageing process, and the symptoms they cause are real and significant. Dryness, discomfort, reduced sensation, pain during in*******se, and stress incontinence are all things women are quietly managing every day, often because they don’t know there are options, or because they feel they can’t talk about it openly.

One of the most common conditions I see is GSM, genitourinary syndrome of menopause, where hormonal changes lead to thinning of the tissue, dryness, irritation, and bladder symptoms that affect quality of life in ways that go far beyond the physical.

The good news is that effective, non-surgical options exist. In clinic, I focus on treatments that restore structure, improve the health of the tissue lining, and address the symptoms directly.

My premium option for this is the NRose Protocol by Neauvia, which combines radiofrequency with hyaluronic acid gel to support and strengthen the tissue, with minimal downtime and results that make a genuine difference to how patients feel day to day.

Every woman deserves to have this conversation without embarrassment or stigma, and I want this to be a space where that’s possible.

If you’re experiencing any of these changes and want honest, open advice, my diary is open. Book a free consultation using the link in my bio. 💌

Jowls are one of the most misunderstood concerns I see in clinic. The instinct is always to treat where you can see the problem, but that is rarely where the problem actually starts.

Jowling happens because of structural losses above the jawline, not just at it. So, placing filler directly into the jowl treats the symptom while the cause continues unchecked.

The approach I use combines Neauvia filler to restore structural support from above, with LipoLas to address the fat accumulation and skin laxity in the jowl area itself. Fat reduction, skin tightening, and collagen stimulation, with minimal downtime and no visible scarring. Results that many women assumed they would need surgery to achieve.

If that sounds like the kind of approach you want, DM the word “JAWLINE” to get started or tap the link in bio to book a consultation and let’s create a plan that works with your face 💌

This is where every great treatment plan starts.

Before I recommend a single product or treatment, I want to see what’s actually happening in the skin. Not what someone thinks is going on, or what they’ve been told before, but what the data is actually showing. That’s what a proper skin analysis does, and it changes everything about the conversation that follows.

What you can see here is a VISIA skin analysis, which uses specialised imaging to assess things that are completely invisible to the naked eye. UV damage, porphyrin levels, which indicate bacterial activity and oil production, pigmentation at different depths, texture, and more. It gives us an objective starting point that makes every recommendation far more precise and far more personal.

It’s the difference between guessing and knowing, and it’s something I do with every new patient before we discuss anything else.

If you’d like to start with a proper skin analysis and build a plan that’s genuinely based on what your skin needs, head to the link in my bio to book a consultation in clinic or DM ‘SKIN’ to learn more 💌

Many patients come in having already decided what they want, based on something they read, a treatment a friend swore by, or a before-and-after they saw online.

I completely understand why, but it's important to remember that what worked brilliantly for someone else may not be the right starting point for you, and booking a treatment without a proper assessment first is one of the most common ways people spend money without getting the results they were hoping for.

The tired look you're experiencing often isn't about the eyes at all, many lines have nothing to do with movement, and the treatment everyone is talking about might not be what your skin actually needs right now.

So, the best thing you can do is book a consultation, and come in with an open mind 🩷

Most people leave their skin until summer arrives. By then, the window for the treatments that actually make a difference has already closed.

And that is the thing people don't realise. The treatments that create genuinely radiant, healthy skin work by stimulating your own biology.

Collagen production, tissue regeneration, cellular hydration. That process takes weeks to show its full result, which is exactly why starting now matters so much more than starting in June or July.

A summer skin plan at House of Glo begins with understanding what your skin is actually doing beneath the surface, then building something purposeful around it. That might include skin boosters like Profhilo Structura or NEAUVIA Hydro Deluxe, polynucleotides, LaseMe laser, or a Vampire Facial, alongside a properly prescribed home routine to keep everything supported in between.

Your skin can look really good by summer. It just needs a head start. Book a consultation via the link in my bio or drop me a message directly. 🔗💬

Ageing is inevitable, but how you age? That’s up to you...

SkinPen microneedling is one of my favourite treatments for supporting skin before concerns become harder to treat.

As we age, collagen and elastin naturally decline. This is why the skin can start to look less firm, less smooth and slower to recover. You might notice fine lines, larger-looking pores, uneven texture, acne scarring, dullness or skin that just doesn’t feel as fresh as it used to.

SkinPen works by creating controlled micro-channels in the skin, which trigger your natural repair response. As the skin heals, it stimulates fresh collagen and elastin, helping to improve the strength, texture and overall quality of the skin over time.

That’s why it’s such a good preventative treatment.

It doesn’t change your face or add volume. It simply encourages your skin to keep functioning well, so it stays smoother, stronger and more resilient for longer.

It’s especially useful for:

✨ Fine lines
✨ Enlarged pores
✨ Uneven texture
✨ Acne scarring
✨ Dull skin
✨ Early loss of firmness
✨ General skin quality

The best results come with consistency, because collagen building is a process.

If you’re ready to start investing in your skin before the changes become harder to manage, SkinPen microneedling is one of the best places to start!
