🌟 CARER SPOTLIGHT: BOBBI & TEGAN 🌟

This week, we’re shining a spotlight on two of our fantastic newer team members, Bobbi and Tegan!

Although they’ve only been with us a short time, they’ve already made a wonderful impression, and Abby has some lovely things to say about them both! 🥰

💐 Bobbi – Left

Bobbi is always willing to lend a hand wherever she can, and we’ve received some fantastic feedback from clients about the care and support she provides. During a recent social call, Abby bumped into Bobbi and one of her clients, and it was lovely to see the bond they’d already built. They looked more like friends enjoying a catch-up than a carer and client, which really reflects the warm, person-centred care Bobbi provides. It’s wonderful to see the positive difference she’s making!

💙 Tegan – Right

Tegan has already shown herself to be a brilliant team player. She’s always happy to help where she can, support her colleagues and step in when an extra pair of hands is needed. She approaches her work with a positive attitude, a real can-do spirit and a willingness to get stuck in. It’s fantastic to see her making such a positive contribution to the team so early in her journey with us! 👏

We’re so pleased to have Bobbi and Tegan as part of the Eden Country Care family. Thank you both for the care, kindness and commitment you bring to your roles. You’re both absolute stars! ⭐

We’d like to say a huge thank you to Cumbria Fire & Rescue Service for spending time with us! 🚒
The session refreshed our team on home fire safety details like emollient cream risks and heating hazards ensuring our client risk assessments and support plans are as thorough as possible.

What a trip! Adele recently took Elizabeth and another of our Appleby clients to London, with her daughter Tash going along to lend a hand. Some of you might remember Tash from her days working as a carer at here, before she went on to become a teacher.

They travelled by train, explored London on an open-top bus, stopped for photos in Trafalgar Square and saw Mamma Mia! and The Lion King.

They all had a brilliant time and are already talking about going back!

A massive thank you to Adele and Tash for making the trip possible and giving them such a fantastic experience. It took a lot of planning and effort, and we really appreciate everything you both did. Some brilliant memories made!
