A busy night at Pershore Fire Station!

The evening began with a visit from ACFO Director of Protection and Assets, Ade Elliott, to discuss new projects across the service and, importantly, listen to the questions and views of our crew.

Thanks to Ade for taking the time to visit and hear what matters to our firefighters.

It was also a good opportunity for Ade to witness just how busy Pershore station can be.

19:32 – RTC near Croome Court

A car on its roof, with the occupant already self-extricated on our arrival. The crew made the vehicle safe and returned to station at 20:30.

21:20 – Building Fire in Evesham

A fire in the café building had spread into the roof space. Working alongside crews from Broadway Fire Station and Evesham Fire Station , four breathing apparatus wearers were deployed, including two from Pershore, and our crew also used fans to ventilate and clear smoke from the buildings.

💷 £1,233.28! 💷

Every car washed, every engine ride, every donation and every helping hand made a difference. And thanks to your generosity, we've raised this fantastic amount for The Fire Fighters Charity, supporting the incredible people who work to protect and support our fire service family.

A massive thank you to everyone who came along, braved the weather, got their vehicles sparkling, enjoyed an engine ride, donated, volunteered or helped make today such a success.

And of course, a huge shout-out to everyone behind the scenes who helped bring the event together. It takes a team to make something like this happen! 👏

It's days like today that remind us just how brilliant our local community is. You didn't just help us wash a few cars — you helped us support a charity that means so much to the firefighting family.

❤️ From all of us at Pershore Fire Station, THANK YOU!

You brought the support, we brought the suds… and together we made a real difference!
