Business Spotlight: Pewsey RadioVision

For nearly 40 years, Kevin Arthur has been a familiar face on Pewsey High Street. Since taking over Pewsey RadioVision in 1988, he's built a business founded on honest advice, expert knowledge and exceptional customer service, helping generations of local families with everything from washing machines to televisions and kitchen appliances.

In our latest Business Spotlight, Kevin shares how he came to own the business, the challenges of running an independent retailer, why reputation means everything in a village, and a few memorable stories from almost four decades on the High Street.

Read the full interview on the Pewsey Parish Council website and discover the people behind one of Pewsey's longest-established independent businesses.

We would love to receive more entries for Pewsey Unseen: A Portrait of Place, our community photography competition.

Congratulations to yet another fantastic variety of carnival events over the last few weeks.
Pewsey is extremely lucky to have such an enthusiastic, hard-working and generous group of volunteers who give up hours and hours of their time for this amazing cause.
It's not what the community and visitors see on the streets when the events are taking place, but the huge amount of work and effort that goes on behind the scenes, every single day.
It simply wouldn't happen without them. 🎉

PEWSEY CARNIVAL

Pewsey Carnival is nearly here, bringing the village together for one of the highlights of the local calendar. We hope everyone taking part and coming along has a wonderful time.

Please remember that North Street Car Park will be closed from 4pm until midnight on Thursday 17 September and Saturday 19 September. Additional road closures and parking bay suspensions will also be in place around the village on these dates.

Please plan your journey, follow the signs and allow extra time. Have fun, look out for one another and enjoy a safe Carnival.
