🚗 Stolen vehicle? Not on our watch! 👀

Our Thrybergh, Dalton & East Herringthorpe NPT officer has been out and about and successfully located a stolen vehicle, which has now been recovered 👏

Thieves might think they're driving away with it, but we're always happy to help with the return journey 🔑 🚔

Another positive result for our Neighbourhood Policing Team, helping keep our communities safer and stolen vehicles off the streets 💙

Stolen vehicles have a habit of turning up… and our officers have a habit of finding them! 👮‍♂️🔍

NEWS: Officers present in Rotherham ahead of planned memorial

We are aware of a planned memorial taking place on East Bawtry Road in Rotherham this evening (27 September) in memory of those who lost their lives in a collision last night.

Officers, including roads policing teams will be present in the area to support the community and ensure the gathering takes place safely.

This memorial is not being arranged by the families, who we are continuing to support at this time.

We are urging our communities to pay their respects lawfully.

Anti-social driving or behaviour that puts people at risk will be dealt with robustly.

Our priority is to protect the public and prevent harm on our roads.

Anyone with concerns can contact us online, via live chat or by calling 101.

🚔 It’s been another busy day out and about in Thrybergh, Dalton & East Herringthorpe today (26/9/26), working with our community and partner agencies 👮‍♀️👮‍♂️

📍 We held a pop-up Police Station at Thrybergh Country Park, giving local residents the opportunity to come along, have a chat with us, raise any concerns and find out more about what we’re doing in the area.
🤝 We also attended the Thrybergh Parish Council Community Day, meeting residents and supporting this great community event.
❤️ Our team visited some of our vulnerable residents, checking in with them and delivering food parcels to provide a little extra support.
🚗 We carried out a succesful speeding operation alongside our Roads Policing colleagues, helping to tackle concerns around road safety and speeding in our communities, with some positive outcomes.
🚨 And, as always, we have continued to respond to and deal with incidents within our communities throughout the day.

It’s all part of our commitment to being visible, approachable and proactive, whilst working alongside our communities to make our neighbourhoods safer. 💙
Your local officers are out there — if you see us, come and say hello! 👋
