📢 We've purchased land adjacent to the Telford Theatre car park in Oakengates for in excess of 30 new, additional parking spaces. 🚙 🚗

The spaces will be created when the theatre building project is complete and open up extra parking for theatre goers, visitors and businesses who are based in, or visit, the town centre. 👩‍👩‍👧 💃🏽

This is in line with our long-term commitment to maintain free parking across all Council-owned car parks where there is currently free parking.

The new theatre will create 12 full-time jobs, as well as many more part-time roles, and is expected to attract 100,000 visitors across 300 shows annually during its anticipated 60-year life span.
