ERASMUS+ Il nostro Istituto sempre più europeo!
Si è conclusa un'altra bellissima esperienza di Job Shadowing Erasmus+, che ha visto il nostro Istituto, attraverso le Scuole dell'Infanzia di Conca della Campania, Galluccio e Roccamonfina, accogliere con entusiasmo colleghe provenienti dall'Estonia 🇪🇪.Sono stati giorni intensi di confronto, condivisione e crescita reciproca, durante i quali abbiamo avuto l'opportunità di scambiare idee, metodologie e buone pratiche educative, rafforzando quel senso di appartenenza a una comunità scolastica che supera i confini nazionali e guarda con fiducia all'Europa.Crediamo profondamente che esperienze come questa rappresentino una straordinaria occasione di arricchimento per tutta la comunità scolastica. Ogni incontro, ogni dialogo e ogni momento di collaborazione contribuiscono a costruire una scuola più aperta, innovativa e consapevole del proprio ruolo in un contesto internazionale.Il nostro Istituto si sente sempre più connesso alle realtà educative europee: forte delle proprie radici, della propria identità e dei propri valori, ma allo stesso tempo proiettato verso il futuro e verso il mondo. Siamo convinti che l'apertura internazionale rappresenti una risorsa fondamentale per migliorarsi continuamente e per offrire ai nostri alunni opportunità sempre più significative di crescita, formazione e cittadinanza europea. Un sentito ringraziamento a tutte le colleghe che, con il loro prezioso contributo, hanno reso speciale questa esperienza di Job Shadowing, rafforzando lo spirito di collaborazione tra le nostre scuole..Con le radici ben salde nel nostro territorio e lo sguardo rivolto all'Europa, continuiamo a costruire opportunità, relazioni e futuro per i nostri studenti. Insieme costruiamo un'Europa dell'educazione, della collaborazione e delle opportunità.Perché l'Europa non è soltanto un luogo geografico, ma uno spazio di incontro, crescita e condivisione, che prende forma ogni giorno nelle nostre scuole, nelle nostre comunità e nei percorsi educativi che costruiamo insieme per le nuove generazioni.

ERASMUS+ Our school is becoming more and more European! 🇮🇹 - 🇪🇪
Another wonderful Erasmus+ Job Shadowing experience has come to an end. Our school, through the Kindergartens of Conca della Campania, Galluccio and Roccamonfina, was delighted to welcome colleagues from Estonia 🇪🇪.These were days of sharing, learning and growing together. We had the opportunity to exchange ideas, teaching methods and good educational practices, strengthening our sense of belonging to a school community that goes beyond national borders and looks confidently towards Europe.We strongly believe that experiences like this are a great opportunity for growth for the whole school community. Every meeting, every conversation and every moment of cooperation helps us build a more open, innovative school that is aware of its role in an international context.Our school feels more and more connected to educational communities across Europe. We are proud of our roots, our identity and our values, while at the same time looking towards the future and the wider world.We are convinced that international cooperation is a valuable resource for continuous improvement and for offering our pupils meaningful opportunities for learning, personal growth and European citizenship. A special thank you to all the colleagues who helped make this Job Shadowing experience special and strengthened the cooperation between our schools. With strong roots in our local community and our eyes on Europe, we continue to create opportunities,build relationships and shape a better future for our students. Together, we are building a Europe of education, cooperation and opportunity. Because Europe is not only a geographical place, but also a space for meeting, growing and sharing. Every day, it comes to life in our schools, in our communities and in the educational paths we build together for future generations.
