The panel will be moderated by Irina Buzu, Digital Integration Analyst and AI Champion at UNDP Moldova, one of the leading voices shaping Moldova’s national agenda on AI and data governance. She co-authored the country’s first White Book on AI, contributed to the establishment of the National Sub-Council on AI and Data Governance, and represents Moldova in international forums including the Council of Europe and the United Nations.

A computer scientist with an M.S. from the Technical University of Munich ∣ TU München, Mustafa brings extensive technology leadership experience. Before joining Amazon Web Services, he led digital transformation initiatives at Bavarian Broadcasting and numerous ARD joint products, pioneering the use of cloud computing for production systems within ARD, Germany’s largest public broadcasting network.
