“I have never been a card-carrying member of any political party. However, I will become a card-carrying member of the ADC because of Mr Peter Obi.”

A quick reminder in 2023 general election,Justice Haruana Tsaman said in his judgement, delivered in favor of Bola Tinubu and the APC during the 2023 Election petition tribunal that👇
1. "Since Tinubu can enter the US, he has committed no offense or crime in the US” - Justice Haruna S Tsamani
2. “If you commit a crime, it will no longer count against you after 10yrs” - Justice Haruna S Tsamani
3. "The $460,000 forfeiture being proceeded of Narcotics is to Tinubu's account and not to his person" - Justice Haruna S Tsamani

:::::LEAKED WHATSAPP LAMENTATION:::::
Those contracted to do the recalling job of Natasha H Akpoti are seriously lamenting in their WhatsApp group "FairWin" over those who betrayed them by recording the multiple signature manipulations sent to INEC Nigeria
The likes of one Kekere Youths were among those lamenting in the WhatsApp group. As you can see the Kekere, he is in the first picture taking instructions from those who collected the contract from Akpabio and seen in other pictures as instructions are being carried out.
Since it is a "personal business" as stated by Charity Ijese may we not go into any business that our children will not be proud of us as parents. Posterity will not forget these faces.
Take your time and read the leaked WhatsApp chats.

My dear brothers and sisters,
Members of the Labour Party in the National Assembly,
Since your inauguration as Distinguished, and Honorable members of the National Assembly, I have refrained from interfering in your legislative affairs out of respect for your independence and to allow you to focus on alleviating the suffering of the Nigerian people.
However, at this critical juncture — following 26 years of a deteriorating democratic process marked by disregard for educational qualifications for electoral positions, massive rigging, and now the unconstitutional removal of elected officeholders — I find it necessary to address you. These unconstitutional actions have far-reaching negative implications for our democracy and the will of the people.
I urge you to stand as true defenders of justice. Do not participate in or support any action, decision, or vote that compromises the integrity of our democracy, undermines the interests of the people of Rivers State, or contradicts our core values of fairness, equity, and transparency.
We must not allow ourselves to become instruments of injustice or contribute to the betrayal of the people's mandate. At this moment, we must prioritize what is right over what is wrong or convenient, remaining steadfast in defending the well-being of the people of Rivers State.
Together, let us stand firm in our resolve — because a new Nigeria is possible!

The unilateral decision of President Bola Tinubu to remove Governor Similaya Fubara of Rivers State from office is not only unconstitutional but also reckless.
It has plunged us back into a state of lawlessness, hugely undoing the progress we have made in these 26 years of democratic journey.
By disregarding the rule of law, the President has shown a dangerous willingness to trample on democracy.
The declaration of a state of emergency in Rivers State is not just reckless—it is a clear attempt to return us to a state of nature and tighten its grip on power at all costs.
It is a degrading back door imposition of martial rule on a strategic part of the federation with all the implied negatives .
The political situation on the ground in Rivers does not justify such an extreme measure, and it is also a biased interpretation of section 305(1) of the 1999 constitution.
A state of emergency does not mean an elected Governor can be removed unilaterally. This decision does not align with democratic norms or good governance. Instead, it appears to be a predetermined action serving specific interests rather than the collective good of the people of Rivers State and Nigeria.
This action constitutes an unconstitutional overreach, setting a dangerous precedent that threatens democracy, the rule of law, and the separation of powers. If left unchecked, it could foster a culture of impunity.
Having already been grappling with non-adherence to electoral qualifications, rules, and massive rigging, adding arbitrary removal of elected officials will push us to a state of nature and anarchy.
I appeal to the National Assembly and all stakeholders not to allow this to stand, as it only deepens the culture of impunity and brigand already threatening our democracy.
A new Nigeria is POssible!
