The Moving-Up Ceremony of Ableg, Cabaruyan, Pikek, and Tui Child Development Centers was held on March 23, 2026, at the Municipal Building, Tui, Daguioman, Abra, with the theme “Munting Hakbang Tungo sa Maunlad na Kinabukasan.”

A total of 16 completers successfully finished the Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) Program for the school year 2025–2026.
