The Sangguniang Bayan of the Municipality of Remedios T. Romualdez, Agusan del Norte, has enacted 𝐌𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐥 𝐎𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐍𝐨. 𝟒𝟒𝟖-𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, amending certain provisions of Municipal Ordinance No. 395, Series of 2024, otherwise known as the Municipal Revenue Code.

These amendments aim to improve the regulation of building construction, promote compliance with applicable building regulations, and ensure more efficient delivery of services to the public.
