Requirements para sa PWD ID:

1. Medical Certificate galing sa doctor na nagpapatunay ng disability. Dapat nakalagay ang diagnosis at type ng disability

2. 1x1 ID Photo 2-3 copies, recent, white background

3. Valid ID Barangay ID, Voter’s ID, PSA Birth Certificate, o kahit anong government ID
4. Barangay Certificate of Residency patunay na taga-doon ka sa barangay optional

5.Accomplished PWD Application Form makukuha sa PDAO/MSWDO office

Saan mag-apply:
Pumunta sa PDAO Persons with Disability Affairs Office, o MSWDO Municipal/City Social Welfare and Development Office sa inyong city/municipal hall.

Paano ang process:
1. Dalhin lahat ng requirements sa PDAO/MSWDO
2. Ipa-interview at ipa-verify ang disability mo
3. Mag-fill out ng application form
4. Hintayin ang approval - usually same day or 3-5 working days
5. Kunin ang PWD ID at booklet for discounts

- Psychosocial disability
- Learning disability
- Mental disability
- Chronic illness na nagdudulot ng disability

Barangay Baga-uma proudly participated in the recently concluded Regional Oversight Committee on Barangay Drug Clearing Deliberation held today, May 20, 2026 at the PDRRMO Building, Kalipay, Masbate City.

The deliberation served as an important assessment and validation of the barangay’s compliance with the parameters and requirements of the Barangay Drug Clearing Program. Through the collective efforts of the Barangay Officials, BADAC members, partner agencies, and the community, Barangay Baga-uma was able to successfully present its initiatives and accomplishments in promoting peace, order, and a drug-free community.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA), the Regional Oversight Committee, the Municipal Government of Aroroy, the Philippine National Police, DILG and all stakeholders for their continued guidance and support throughout the process.

This achievement reflects the unity, cooperation, and commitment of the people of Barangay Baga-uma in maintaining a safer and healthier community for everyone.

Congratulations Baga-Uma.With the efforts and cooperation of Barangay Officials/Council, PWUDS,and all concerned agencies we are now finally DRUG CLEARED BARANGAY.
