22 MSMEs. 4 days. One proud showcase of Nueva Vizcaya.
And yes—we’re bringing it straight to Quezon City!

Mark your calendars because NV Goes to Kyusi 2026: Trade Fair and Market Linkaging Activity is happening on:
📅SEPTEMBER 15–18, 2026
📍 Right Wing Covered Walkway, Quezon City Hall, Quezon City

From 19 food MSMEs offering processed and manufactured food products, fresh fruits, and vegetables, to 3 non-food MSMEs showcasing locally made products, visitors will have plenty of opportunities to discover, support, and bring home proudly Vizcayano products.

But NV Goes to Kyusi is more than a showcase of products.
🤝 It’s about opening doors to new opportunities.
📈 It’s about reaching new markets.
💼 It’s about building valuable business connections.
🌱 It’s about creating pathways for local MSMEs to grow.

This initiative is led by the Provincial Government of Nueva Vizcaya, headed by Atty. Jose V. Gambito, through the Provincial Cooperative and Enterprise Development Office (PROCEDE), in partnership with the Quezon City Government and the Quezon City Small Business and Cooperatives Development Promotions Office.

See you there, Kyusi! 👋

“𝗣𝗔𝗡𝗔𝗡𝗔𝗠𝗣𝗔𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗔𝗬𝗔 𝗔𝗧 𝗣𝗔𝗚𝗠𝗔𝗠𝗔𝗛𝗔𝗟: 𝗦𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗜𝗚𝗔𝗡 𝗡𝗚 𝗣𝗔𝗠𝗜𝗟𝗬𝗔”

🤝 COOPERATIVE FORUM 2026 | Strengthening Knowledge, Building Stronger Cooperatives 💚

The recently conducted Cooperative Forum was made possible through the support and funding of the Provincial Cooperative Development Council (PCDC), Nueva Vizcaya Alay Kapwa MPC and the PROCEDE Office. This meaning event brought together cooperative leaders, members, and stakeholders for a meaningful exchange of knowledge, updates, and best practices aimed at strengthening the cooperative sector.

Our resource speakers from the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA), Ms. Analyn Catulin and Ms. Maricris Romero, discussed the latest cooperative updates and reportorial requirements, helping participants better understand their responsibilities and ensure compliance with existing policies and regulations.

Meanwhile, our esteemed resource speakers from the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) — Atty. Gina Basilio, Atty. Beverly Maribbay, Atty. Madeleine Macutay-Addun, CPA, and Sir Julius Czar Dapig — shared valuable insights on the tax benefits and privileges that cooperatives may enjoy. They also provided a step-by-step demonstration and guided the participants through the filing of BIR Form 1702-Q, making the learning experience more practical and engaging.

The forum served not only as a venue for learning but also as an opportunity to strengthen collaboration, address concerns, and empower cooperatives with the knowledge they need to thrive.

🌱 Together, we learn. Together, we grow. Together, we build stronger cooperatives.

Truly, through cooperation, nothing is impossible! 🤝💚

From mixing and shaping to baking, MSMEs turned hands-on skills into potential business opportunities during the Bread and Pastry Production under the Prototype Products Launched and/or Developed Activity, conducted by the Provincial Government of Nueva Vizcaya, headed by Atty. Jose V. Gambito, through the Provincial Cooperative and Enterprise Development (PROCEDE) Office, on August 26–27, 2026 at Honeybuns Bakeshop Building, Old San Fernando Road, Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya.

Anchored on the theme, “Gayyem ti Umili: From Oven to Opportunity: Developing Innovative Bakery Prototypes for Competitive and Sustainable MSMEs,” the training provided practical learning in bread and pastry production, product development, food safety, sanitation, and entrepreneurship through technical orientation, bakery exposure, hands-on production, and business sharing.

With the guidance of Mr. Christian Alexies S. Martillana, Mr. Regie S. Martillana, Mr. Romano Martillana, and Mr. Alvin F. Ramos of Honeybuns Bakeshop, participants gained firsthand experience in preparing various bread and pastry products while learning the importance of precision, consistency, quality, market considerations, and continuous improvement.

Through initiatives like this, the Provincial Government of Nueva Vizcaya continues to bring the spirit of Gayyem Ti Umili to life by creating opportunities that turn skills and ideas into potential livelihood and enterprise ventures for Novo Vizcayanos. 🌱🥐
