HON. REY P. LACOSTE, Municipal Mayor of Buhi, Camarines Sur, and President of the League of Municipalities of the Philippines (LMP) – Camarines Sur Chapter, is being recognized under the Media People’s Choice Awards with the distinction of Top Performing, Most Trusted Municipal Mayor in the Philippines.
