Regional Scout Committee Meeting and Election of Officers successfully convened, bringing together the Three Key Officials from Local Councils across Central Luzon in a strong display of unity, collaboration, and commitment to the Scouting movement.

The session was duly presided over by Dr. Emmanuel Antonio M. Umali, Regional Chairperson, who led the quorum with purpose and clarity, guiding the body through a meaningful and productive assembly.

In a solemn and meaningful tribute to Filipino heroism, Dr. Emmanuel Antonio M. Umali, Vice President for Luzon of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines, together with Lance Daniel Martin, TOBS 2025, and Loren B. Legarda, Chairperson of the Senate Committee on National Defense and Security, Peace, Unification and Reconciliation, led the youth sector in offering a wreath during the 84th Araw ng Kagitingan celebration.

Held in Capas, Tarlac, the event served as a joint tribute to all Filipino heroes and a commemoration of Paggunita sa Capas. This year’s observance carried the theme, “Giting ng Bayani, Pamana sa Salinlahi,” highlighting the enduring legacy of courage and sacrifice passed on to future generations.

The wreath-laying ceremony, symbolized deep respect and gratitude for the valor of Filipino heroes, inspiring today’s youth to embody the same spirit of patriotism and service.
