ADVISORY

Ayon sa Executive Order No. 87, Series of 2026, suspendido ang klase sa lahat ng antas ng pampubliko at pribadong paaralan sa Municipality of Cabarroguis, Quirino ngayong Oktubre 5, 2026 (Lunes).

Ito ay bilang pakikiisa sa pagdiriwang ng National Teachers’ Month, National Teachers’ Day, at World Teachers’ Day.

Maraming salamat sa lahat ng ating mga g**o sa kanilang walang sawang pagtuturo, paggabay, at pagmamahal sa mga mag-aaral.

📢 PUBLIC ADVISORY

The Municipal Government of Cabarroguis will implement a Work-from-Home (WFH) arrangement every Friday, pursuant to Executive Order No. 86, Series of 2026, effective September 21, 2026.

This measure is in response to the rising cost of fuel and operating expenses, and aims to promote energy conservation and the prudent use of government resources.

🏛️ Frontline and essential services will continue through a skeletal workforce.

We encourage our clients to plan their transactions and schedule their visits accordingly, preferably from Monday to Thursday, whenever possible.

PAANO BA NAGDEDESISYON ANG PAMAHALAANG BAYAN SA SUSPENSION NG KLASE?

Upang maiwasan ang kalituhan at maling impormasyon, nais naming ipaliwanag na ang suspension ng klase ay hindi basta-basta idinedeklara. Ito ay nakabatay sa DepEd Order No. 014, s. 2026 at sa aktwal na lagay ng panahon na ibinibigay ng PAGASA.

📌 Kapag may Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal (TCWS):
🟢 Signal No. 1 – Awtomatikong suspendido ang klase sa Kindergarten.
🟡 Signal No. 2 – Awtomatikong suspendido ang klase mula Kindergarten hanggang Grade 10.
🟠 Signal No. 3 – Awtomatikong suspendido ang lahat ng face-to-face classes sa lahat ng antas.
🔴 Signal No. 4 at 5 – Awtomatikong suspendido ang lahat ng face-to-face classes at iba pang kaugnay na aktibidad.

🌧️ Kapag Heavy Rainfall Warning naman:
🟡 Yellow Rainfall Warning – Maaaring magsuspinde ng klase ang Local Chief Executive (Mayor) batay sa aktwal na sitwasyon sa ating bayan. Hindi ito awtomatikong suspension.
🟠 Orange Rainfall Warning – Awtomatikong suspendido ang lahat ng face-to-face classes sa lahat ng antas.
🔴 Red Rainfall Warning – Awtomatikong suspendido ang lahat ng face-to-face classes sa lahat ng antas.

⚠️ Bakit minsan hindi agad nagsususpinde ang LGU?
Dahil ang Pamahalaang Bayan ay kailangang magsagawa ng masusing assessment batay sa:
✔️ Opisyal na weather bulletins ng PAGASA;
✔️ Mga ulat mula sa MDRRMO at iba pang response agencies;
✔️ Aktwal na kondisyon ng mga kalsada, tulay, ilog, at mga paaralan; at
✔️ Kaligtasan ng ating mga mag-aaral, g**o, at mga kawani.

Ang pangunahing layunin ng bawat desisyon ay protektahan ang buhay at kaligtasan ng ating mga kababayan habang tinitiyak na ang mga hakbang ay naaayon sa umiiral na mga alituntunin.

📢 Ugaliing maghintay lamang ng opisyal na anunsyo mula sa Municipal Government of Cabarroguis at sa mga kinikilalang ahensya ng pamahalaan.

📢 CLASS SUSPENSION ADVISORY

By virtue of Executive Order No. 74, Series of 2026, issued by Hon. Avelino N. Agustin, Jr., Municipal Mayor, classes from Elementary to Senior High School in all public and private schools in the Municipality of Cabarroguis are hereby SUSPENDED effective 12:00 NOON today, August 6, 2026, due to the effects of Typhoon "Maymay."

This measure is being implemented to ensure the safety and welfare of our learners, teachers, school personnel, and the general public as continuous rainfall, strong winds, and the threat of flooding and landslides persist.

Schools are encouraged to implement appropriate alternative learning modalities, as may be determined by the Department of Education and respective school authorities.

Everyone is advised to remain vigilant, monitor official advisories from PAGASA and local authorities, avoid unnecessary travel, and prioritize safety at all times.

📢 CLASS SUSPENSION ADVISORY

Pursuant to Executive Order No. 72, Series of 2026, classes from Elementary to Senior High School in all public and private schools in the Municipality of Cabarroguis, Quirino remain SUSPENDED on Tuesday, 4 August 2026, due to the threats posed by Tropical Depression "Luis."

To ensure the continuity of learning, all concerned schools are directed to shift to modular learning or other appropriate alternative learning modalities, whenever feasible, in accordance with the guidance of the Department of Education and school authorities.

The safety and welfare of our learners, teachers, school personnel, and the entire community remain our highest priority. Everyone is encouraged to continue monitoring official weather advisories from PAGASA and to avoid unnecessary travel during inclement weather.

Stay safe, remain vigilant, and follow all advisories issued by the concerned authorities.

The Municipal Government of Cabarroguis informs all officials, employees, and the general public that the Work-from-Home (WFH) Scheme has been officially lifted through an Executive Order issued by the Municipal Mayor.

Effective August 1, 2026, all offices of the Municipal Government shall resume full on-site government operations (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) to ensure the continuous, efficient, and responsive delivery of public services.

This measure reinforces the Municipal Government's commitment to providing prompt, accessible, and quality public service while strengthening coordination, accountability, and operational efficiency across all offices.

We encourage our constituents to continue transacting with the Municipal Government during regular office hours. We remain dedicated to serving the people of Cabarroguis with integrity, professionalism, and excellence.
