WEEKLY UNIT VALUES RESTORATION PROGRAM
WEEKLY VALUE: RESPONSIVENESS
Responsiveness is more than just responding to requests, it is demonstrating genuine concern, attentiveness, and commitment to addressing the needs of others promptly and effectively.
The Unit Values Restoration Program (UVRP), featuring the weekly value RESPONSIVENESS, was conducted during the Weekly Personnel Information and Education of Cadiz City Jail, spearheaded by JSINSP JOSEPH ANTHONY T. BAYAN, Acting City Jail Warden.
The activity reminded personnel of the importance of being responsive to the needs and concerns of their colleagues, Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL), and the community they serve.
As public servants, let us remain approachable, proactive, and committed to delivering timely, efficient, and compassionate service. May responsiveness continue to guide our actions and strengthen our commitment to meaningful public service.
"A responsive public servant listens with concern, acts with urgency, and serves with commitment."
