PNP STATEMENT ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF WARRANT OF ARREST AGAINST SENATOR RONALD “BATO” DELA ROSA

The Philippine National Police (PNP) stands firm in its mandate to enforce the law and implement lawful orders issued by competent courts.

The ex*****on of a duly issued warrant of arrest against Senator Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa is a legal obligation, not a matter of personal discretion or political consideration. The PNP will carry out its responsibilities in accordance with applicable laws and procedures, regardless of the person's position or previous public service.

The PNP will ensure that the implementation of the warrant respects due process and the constitutional rights of the person concerned.

The PNP will not be deterred by pressure, influenced by personalities, or remiss in its sworn duties. We will enforce the law without fear or favor. No position, influence, or personal affiliation places anyone above the law.

Personnel of PS9, under the supervision of PMAJ AMIER NAIFH P MARUHOM, Station Commander conducted mobile patrol operations at Brgy Macasandig/Nazareth, CDOC to strengthen police visibility, deter criminal activities, ensure public safety, and maintain peace and order in the community. The activity also aimed to enhance police-community relations, increase public awareness on crime prevention, and provide immediate response to any untoward incidents within the area.

Police Station 9 –Personnel of this office under the supervision of PMAJ AMIER NAIFH P MARUHOM, Station Commander conducted beat, and foot patrol operations to strengthen police visibility in various areas of convergence within area of responsibilities.
This activity aims to deter criminality, promote public safety, and maintain peace and order through heightened police presence. The initiative also reinforces community confidence by ensuring that residents feel safe and secure at all times.
