PROGRAMA EDU-AKSYON: SK Educational Assistance
Calling all eligible COLLEGE Students of BARANGAY 03 (TRES), Poblacion, Can-avid, Eastern Samar‼️
The Sangguniang Kabataan - Barangay 03 is pleased to announce the Programa EDU-AKSYON: SK Educational Assistance, a program designed to provide educational assistance to qualified college students.
WHO CAN AVAIL?
To qualify, the applicant must:
âś… Be a resident of Poblacion 03 (TRES), Can-avid, Eastern Samar
✅ Be a COLLEGE STUDENT (1st–4th year)
âś… Submit all required documents and comply with the application requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must submit:
đź“Ś 2 copies of enrollment or registration form
đź“Ś 2 copies of school ID or any valid government-issued ID with three (3) specimen signatures
IMPORTANT REMINDERS
đź“Ť Attach all requirements in a LONG BROWN ENVELOPE with your name indicate.
đź“Ť All photocopies of requirements should be on LONG BONDPAPER.
đź“Ť Make sure all documents are complete before submission.
