Still taking it all in—Limaryann P. Gemota, Rank 6 in Photojournalism at the Division Schools Press Conference (DSPC)!

This may be just a number, but behind this rank are countless moments of learning, pressure, practice, mistakes, and stories captured through my lens. I’m incredibly grateful that all the hard work and dedication led me to this achievement.

A huge thank you to my coach, Ms. Genevieve D. Villegas, for your patience, guidance, and support throughout this journey. Thank you for believing in me and helping me become a better student journalist. To my family, friends, teachers, classmates, to all the coaches and everyone who cheered for me and my fellow student journalists—thank you for being part of this journey. Your support means more than you know. 🫶

And to my fellow student journalists who gave their best but didn’t make it to the rankings, please know that your efforts still matter. We may have different results, but we all gained something from this experience—lessons, memories, and stories worth telling. I’m proud of each and every one of you. Keep going, keep learning, and keep telling stories. ❤️📸

One frame at a time. One story at a time.

Thank you, DSPC, for another chapter in my journalism journey.

WIKA NATIN, YAMAN NATIN!

Isang wika, isang kultura, isang bayan.
Mabuhay ang wikang Filipino! 🇵🇭
