Education is a continuing process, and in healthcare, attitude is what transforms knowledge and skills into compassionate care.

During the Intravenous Therapy Seminar attended by our newly hired nurses and healthcare professionals, we emphasized a vital reminder: while our healthcare workers already possess the necessary knowledge and technical skills, the true measure of excellence lies in their attitude toward service.

Beyond clinical competence, healthcare demands empathy, humility, professionalism, effective communication, and a genuine commitment to patient-centered care. As we continue to strengthen our capabilities through learning and training, may we never lose sight of the human side of healing, treating every patient with compassion, respect, and understanding.

This seminar serves as another step in ensuring that our healthcare workforce remains not only clinically competent but also deeply committed to delivering quality and compassionate public service.

🇵🇭 National Flag Day | May 28, 2026 🇵🇭

Cebu City Medical Center participated in the celebration of Philippines National Flag Day held at Cebu City Hall.

The event commemorates the historic moment on May 28, 1898, when the Philippine flag was first unfurled after the victory at the Battle of Alapan in Imus, Cavite.

The celebration aimed to honor the symbol of our national identity, unity, and patriotism. Attendees, including officials and medical professionals, expressed their pride and commitment to uphold the values represented by the flag.

Let us continue to honor our heroes and cherish the symbols that unite us as Filipinos. 🎉

We respectfully remind our dear clients and patients of Cebu City Medical Center that our OPD caters to different medical concerns through different specialty clinics such as Dental, General Surgery, OB-GYNE, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and others.

Please understand that each clinic has different patient volumes and consultation processes. Kung usahay mas una matawag ang usa ka patient, dili kini pasabot nga adunay special treatment. Lahi-lahi og concern ug lahi-lahi usab og clinic nga giadtoan ang matag patient.

For example, kung ang usa ka patient naa sa Pediatrics nga taas og linya, while another patient naa sa Dental nga gamay ra ang linya, natural nga mas una gyud mahuman o matawag ang naa sa mas gamay nga queue.

Mao nga naa tay OPD TRIAGE system to properly assess and guide patients ngadto sa sakto nga clinic based sa ilang concern.

As our queuing system is still on the works, we sincerely ask for your patience, understanding, and cooperation as we continue to improve our healthcare services for everyone.

Pinaagi sa padayon nga paningkamot sa Cebu City CCMC I Cebu City Medical Center ug Serbisyong Sugbuanon NATO program, medical and dental services, free medicines, ug blood typing services were successfully brought closer to the residents of Barangay Cambinocot, Lusaran, and Paril.

Sincere appreciation to Mayor Nestor Archival and Vice Mayor Tommy Osmeña sa ilang padayon nga suporta sa pagpalig-on sa accessible healthcare ug community-based public service initiatives para sa matag Cebuano.
