In our schools, mental health is more than a conversation—it is a commitment to listen without judgment, offer kindness without conditions, and create safe spaces where learners, teachers, and school personnel can express themselves without fear of being misunderstood.

May we remember that we do not always have to find the perfect words or have all the answers. Sometimes, the greatest support we can offer is to listen, to stay, and to remind someone that they do not have to face their struggles alone.
