Our fellow youth leader, RITA MAY ALCALDE, a dedicated and determined SK MEMBER of the Sangguniang Kabataan ng Barangay Naligusan, is currently facing financial difficulties due to her hospitalization.

She has been diagnosed with critically low potassium and hemoglobin levels and urgently needs a blood transfusion and continuous medical care. As the medical expenses continue to grow, we humbly seek your kindness and generosity.

Any amount, no matter how small, will be a great help in supporting her treatment and recovery. Your prayers and financial assistance will mean so much to Rita May and her family during this challenging time.
