ENSURING FREE, ORDERLY, HONEST, PEACEFUL AND CREDIBLE ELECTIONS.

The PNU-USC Student Electoral Commission shall have the exclusive charge of the enforcement and administration of all laws relative to the conduct of Student Elections for the purpose of ensuring free, orderly, honest, peaceful and credible elections. The Commission also welcomes verified petitions from any and all bona fide students for holding plebiscites, initiatives and referendum.

𝘉𝘺: 𝘊𝘰𝘮𝘮. 𝘊𝘭𝘢𝘪𝘳𝘦 𝘚. 𝘕𝘢𝘳𝘤𝘪𝘴𝘰

The PNU - USC Student Electoral Commission (SEC) officially proclaimed the newly elected First-Year Assembly (FYA) Secretary last October 31, Saturday.

During the proclamation, Comm. Charlmer Laurence Gulilat, Head of the Board of Canvassers (HBoC), officially presented the result of the 2026 Special First-Year Assembly (SFYA). The election garnered a total of 776 voters, reflecting the voter turnout of 70.48%.

Finally, Alliyah Francheska Mendoza was proclaimed as the newly elected Secretary garnering 691 total votes cast.

The proclamation officially marked the conclusion of the electoral process, affirming the candidates elected through the trust, confidence and support of the first-year student electorate.

2026 Special First-Year Assembly Elections

Bilang bahagi ng pagpapanatili ng isang malaya, patas, at mapagkakatiwalaang proseso ng halalan, ipinababatid ng PNU-USC Student Electoral Commission sa lahat ng first-year PNUans na ang Post-Election Protest Period para sa 2026 Special First-Year Assembly Elections (SFYAE) ay gaganapin mula ika-2 ng Nobyembre hanggang ika-9 ng Nobyembre taong 2026.

Maaaring magsumite ng anumang petisyon, reklamo, o protestang may kaugnayan sa naging proseso at resulta ng halalan sa pamamagitan ng opisyal na email address ng Komisyon. Ang bawat matatanggap na sumite ay bibigyan ng kaukulang kumpirmasyon ng pagtanggap (acknowledgment of receipt).

Mula sa Komisyon ay aming ipinapabatid sa masang Paghiro ang kabuuang bilang ng mga botanteng nakilahok sa 2026 Special First-Year Assembly Elections (SFYAE) ay umabot ng 70.48% na voter turnout.

Bilang tagapag-ingat ng mga tala at tagapag-ugnay ng mahahalagang impormasyon, dala ng posisyong ito ang tungkuling tiyakin ang maayos na dokumentasyon, malinaw na komunikasyon, at tapat na paglilingkod sa mga mag-aaral.
