The Barangay Council of Fidel Surtida hereby informs all residents of the Barangay that following the official registration period for Mr. Tatay ng Sitio San Antonio 2026, only two (2) applicants officially registered.

Due to this number, the Council has met and reached the decision not to proceed with the aforementioned competition in its current format. This decision is in line with the Council’s commitment to ensuring the quality, readiness, and appropriate standard of competition for our community members.

However, to ensure that our planned activities for the community push through, the Barangay Council is officially replacing the event with: "𝑸𝑼𝑬𝑬𝑵 𝑶𝑭 𝑺𝑨𝑵 𝑨𝑵𝑻𝑶𝑵𝑰𝑶 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔."

1. Bona Fide Residents Only: The activity is strictly open to official residents of the Barangay who are physically fit to join.
2. Age Requirement: Open to individuals 15 years old and above.
📌𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐨𝐫𝐬: Participants under 18 years old must secure a signed consent form from their parent or guardian.
3. How to Register: Official registration forms are now available at the Barangay Hall.
4. 𝐃𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞: Pre-registration is open and will officially end on 𝑴𝒂𝒚 𝟐𝟕, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 (𝑾𝒆𝒅𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒅𝒂𝒚) 𝒂𝒕 𝟓:𝟎𝟎𝑷𝑴. Only officially registered participants with paid fees will be allowed to join. Please register early to avoid inconvenience!
5. Attire: All participants are highly encouraged to wear 𝑾𝑯𝑰𝑻𝑬 𝑺𝑯𝑰𝑹𝑻𝑺.

📌 𝑹𝒂𝒄𝒆 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒑𝒆𝒓: The official route will be announced by the organizers prior to the event. Runners must stay within the designated route. Short-cutting, route deviation, or cheating will result in automatic disqualification.
📌 𝑰𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏: Assigned race numbers or identification must be worn at all times during the marathon.
📌 𝑭𝒂𝒊𝒓 𝑷𝒍𝒂𝒚: The use of vehicles, bicycles, or any external mode of transportation is strictly prohibited. Unsportsmanlike conduct, physical altercations, or disrespect toward fellow runners and organizers will not be tolerated.
📌 𝑬𝒏𝒗𝒊𝒓𝒐𝒏𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕: Littering along the route is strictly prohibited. Let’s keep our community clean!
📌 𝑺𝒂𝒇𝒆𝒕𝒚 𝑭𝒊𝒓𝒔𝒕: Medical assistance personnel will be on standby during the activity. Runners are advised to warm up properly. Participants with pre-existing medical conditions should consult a physician before joining.
📌 𝑾𝒂𝒊𝒗𝒆𝒓: By signing the registration form, participants acknowledge that they voluntarily joined at their own risk and agree that the organizers, Barangay Officials, committees, and sponsors shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, loss, or damages incurred during the event.
