The Sangguniang Barangay of Sirangan, under the leadership of our Punong Barangay PAQUITO D. EDUARTE,JR. and the entire Barangay Council, proudly and humbly accepts the Official Commendation from the Office of the Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Sorsogon City.

This prestigious recognition is awarded in light of our local council’s swift crisis management, hands-on leadership, and active coordination with first responders during the tragic public market fire incident last October 24, 2026.
While this commendation honors our team's response, we dedicate this recognition back to the resilient residents and special mention to our TANOD and vendors of Barangay Sirangan Public Market. In moments of great adversity, our community’s spirit of Bayanihan shines through. ISANG MATAGUMPAY NA HAKBANG PARA SA KINABUKASAN NG KABATAAN! 🖋️📑📚

Matagumpay na naipamahagi ng Sangguniang Barangay ng Barangay Sirangan, sa pamumuno ni Punong Barangay PAQUITO D. EDUARTE, JR , kasama ang buong Barangay Council, ang ₱20,000.00 Educational Assistance para sa limang (5) natatanging Bagong Pilipinas Barangay Presidential Scholars ng ating komunidad!

Ang tulong pinansyal na ito ay bahagi ng "Bawat Barangay Makikinabang" (BBM) Initiative sa ilalim ng administrasyon ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. Layunin nitong magsilbing Finisher Fund upang matulungan ang ating mga graduating college students sa kanilang mga huling gastusin sa pag-aaral tulad ng tuition, thesis, at OJT requirements.

Ang inyong Barangay Council ay lubos na nagpapasalamat sa Pambansang Pamahalaan at sa Office of the President sa patuloy na pagsuporta sa ating mga lokal na sektor.
