Our Primary 2 pupils had an exciting time taking on the βYes I Can! You Can!β challenge during THRIVE Week Day 2! Through hands-on tasks such as folding clothes, tying shoelaces, packing their bags, tidying tables and wringing cloths, pupils learnt important life skills while developing organisation skills, teamwork and a growth mindset. Pupils also explored their creativity and teamwork by building Strawbees catapults and competing to see whose creation could launch objects the furthest! They also participated in a class-bonding game in which they passed messages to one another, strengthening communication, teamwork, and class relationships.

Today, our students participated enthusiastically in the Westwood Clean Movement by cleaning their classrooms and common spaces around the school under the guidance of their teachers. π§Ήπ
Through this meaningful activity, students not only helped to create a cleaner and more pleasant learning environment, but also developed a stronger sense of responsibility, teamwork, discipline, and respect for shared spaces. These values and experiences will stay with them beyond the classroom and helps them understand that every small effort can make a positive difference.
Well done to all our students for showing care, initiative and community spirit! Together, we create a better place to learn and grow. π
