The Ark is a small, open admission animal shelter located in rural Warren County NC, a county with sparse human and financial resources.

Owned and operated by local government and regulated by the NC Animal Welfare Act. The Ark works with pre-approved, 501c animal rescues and strives to hold adoptable animals as long as possible to find them a new home. This web page is not the official site for Warren County or its' animal shelter, it is designed and maintained by volunteers and animal welfare advocates working together towards our common goal of ending needless animal euthanasia at our animal shelters nationwide.

🧡Meet the S Litter 🧡
~AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION~

Sable, Salem, Sally, Slayer and Spirit are all mix breeds around 9 weeks old. They received their first set of vaccinations and were dewormed.

This adorable litter of siblings is full of happiness, playful energy, and love! Sable, Salem, Sally, Slayer, and Spirit are a brave bunch of little personalities who are ready to take on the world one adventure at a time. These chubby cuties have plenty of puppy charm, and their loving, playful nature makes them hard to resist!
Whether they’re busy exploring, playing with their siblings, or soaking up affection, these little ones are sure to bring lots of laughter and love to their future families. Each has their own special personality, but they all share one thing in common: they’re absolutely precious! Slayer has a little growth on his face that will need attention and evaluation. It doesn't appear to bother him at all.

Their adoption fee is $60 each. Adoption hours are Monday through Friday, 11 to 4. If you have any questions, we can be reached at 252-257-6137.
