Upcoming Pop Up Fitness Classes!
📌 Saturday at 10:00 am Beth will be doing a rebounder/trampoline class.
📌 Monday at 1:15 pm Catherine will be doing a Halloween inspired Line Dancing Class.
📌 Tuesday at 4:30 pm Beth will be doing another rebounder/trampoline class.

Fitness Class Update! Beth is doing a special pop up trampoline class tomorrow at 430 and it filled up quickly! She has agreed to do a second class at 530 since Brenda has an appointment and unable to teach Walk Tone and Core. Spaces are limited so sign up now!
