📢❗ DEERS has a planned outage scheduled to start Oct. 9 at 9 p.m. ET and ends Sunday, Oct. 11. During the outage, you won’t be able to use milConnect to make any updates to your DEERS record. The outage may also affect benefit systems that rely on DEERS. 𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘂𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗗𝗘𝗘𝗥𝗦 𝗱𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗢𝗰𝘁. 𝟵 𝗮𝘁 𝟵 𝗽.𝗺. 𝗘𝗧 𝘃𝗶𝗮 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁.

⚠️ NHC Annapolis Pharmacy Update ⚠️

Effective immediately, [email protected] is no longer in use. Need to activate a prescription or contact the pharmacy? Use Q-Anywhere by texting “Get in line” to 833-429-5241 and follow the prompts.
Other options:
• Prescription refill line: 1-800-377-1723
• MHS GENESIS Patient Portal: Search “NHC Annapolis Pharmacy.” Please allow 24–48 business hours for a response.

Sick call services will be temporarily unavailable beginning September 10. We’ll send an update when services resume. We expect sick call to be back by early next week.

Please use the following standard care options:

•Routine: Message your PCM via the MHS GENESIS
Patient Portal or call 833-286-3734.
•Advice/Triage: Call the TRICARE Nurse Advice Line at
1-800-TRICARE (Option 1)
•Urgent: Visit a network Urgent Care (If you are active
duty, a referral is required and can be obtained
through the Nurse Advice Line.)
