Counting down the moment until our fourth graders celebrate their transition to fifth grade! 🎓 Super bittersweet! We are so proud of their accomplishment, yet so sad to see them leave! 🥹

TOMORROW! Our kiddos will enjoy their postponed January Literacy Night DURING school and we are calling it…KACPE IS LIT! LIT is LITERACY and all activities will be centered around our TOP priority which is literacy! EVERY student will grow in reading during their time at KACPE! Please make sure our students are in attendance to join the educational FUN happening Monday, May 18th! 💙

Today we’re shining a light on the incredible men in education for 👏🏾

In a field where male educators are often underrepresented, we recognize the impact, leadership, mentorship, patience, and consistency our men bring to our school community every single day. Thank you for showing up for students, families, and staff in ways that matter far beyond the classroom.

After celebrating Women’s Appreciation Month, we also wanted to intentionally pause and honor the men who help make our school culture strong, supportive, and student-centered.

We appreciate you. We see you. And yes — YOU matter too! 💙🍎 Randall, Watkins, James, Rivera, Brown, Del Grosso, and Amfo.
