Huge thank you to RheaShea and her client Sydney for their donation! Support like yours keep our shelter pets happy and cared for while they wait for their forever homes!

🐾❤️ REAL ESTATE WITH A PURPOSE! ❤️🐾

The Giving Realtor is proud to make a monetary donation to the Atmore/PCI Animal Shelter on behalf of Sydney Lisenby closing! 🏡🐶🐱

One of my favorite parts of real estate is being able to turn a closing into an opportunity to give back.🎉

The Atmore/PCI Animal Shelter plays an important role in caring for animals throughout the
Atmore area and surrounding communities.
From helping dogs and cats find loving homes to rescuing animals in need & reuniting lost pets with their families, their work is needed. ✔️

Follow City of Atmore Animal Control for
adoption opportunities! (251) 368-0859 📲
The staff is helpful & informative.
Donations are welcomed! 💢

Because real estate is about more than houses. It's about people, purpose, and making a difference, one closing at a time. 🏠

Sky is a little shy when first meeting new people, but quick to open up and show her silly playful side.

Star is high-energy and very vocal. She was timid at first, but now that she has settled in, she is outgoing, playful, and loves to talk.

We would like to remind our community about Beau's Law, Alabama's new animal cruelty law, which goes into effect October 1st, 2026.
Our Animal Control officers are here to help protect animals and promote responsible pet ownership throughout the City of Atmore.
Moving forward, we will be enforcing Beau's Law while also working to educate our community about the requirements of the law and what is expected of resposible pet owners.

BEAU'S LAW goes into effect in Alabama Oct. 1, 2026 - establishing strict statewide standards for how dogs may be tethered and housed outdoors. It's a step in the right direction.

• No Stationary Tethers: You cannot tie a dog directly to a stationary object like a tree, pole, fence post, or stake.

• Trolley Systems Only: If you use a tether outside, it must be a proper running trolley system.

• Safe Hardware: Tethers must have swivels on both ends. Choke collars, pinch collars, and heavy logging chains are completely banned for tethered dogs.
