It was a pleasure to meet Mr. Craig Morgan, Mayor of the City of Round Rock, at the 2026 Scholarship Banquet hosted by the Round Rock El Amistad Club.
Mayor Morgan shared inspiring words with the seniors of Round Rock and their parents, speaking about passion, courage, and the importance of pursuing your dreams. He encouraged everyone to stay focused, not listen to the noise, and keep working toward their goals while always finding ways to give back to the community.
He also spoke about diversity and reminded us that we can learn so much from one another when we come together with respect, openness, and a shared desire to grow.
It was a meaningful evening filled with inspiration, hope, and encouragement for the next generation of leaders.

We are proud to introduce The Chamber Times — a new hybrid publishing platform created at the intersection of business, institutions, and global narratives.
In a world flooded with information, The Chamber Times is built to go further: transforming content into insight, credibility, and impact. By combining editorial intelligence with a structured publishing model, the platform helps convert ideas into high-value digital and print-ready publications that inform, position, and connect.
More than a media outlet, The Chamber Times is a platform for dialogue, strategic visibility, and transatlantic collaboration. It is designed for leaders, cities, institutions, and organizations that want to communicate with clarity, context, and purpose.
This is where stories move beyond headlines — and become vehicles for influence, connection, and action.
Beyond the Headlines. Into Insight.

Yesterday at Malaga House during SXSW 2026, we had the privilege of participating in a truly inspiring gathering that brought together culture, history, innovation, and international collaboration.
My sincere thanks to Martha Vera , Spain’s Consul in El Paso,Texas for the invitation to be part of the remarkable We The Hispanos event. Your leadership and commitment to highlighting the profound contributions of Hispanics to American history made this gathering truly meaningful.
Hosted as part of Malaga House at South by Southwest, the program created a powerful platform connecting Spain and the United States through culture, innovation, and creative industries.
One of the most fascinating moments was the discussion on Artificial Intelligence in the music industry, featuring renowned composer and producer Nicolás Tovar, whose insights highlighted how technology and creativity are transforming the future of music.
The event also introduced the Picasso Birthplace initiative, strengthening the cultural bridge between Málaga and Round Rock, opening new opportunities for collaboration in art, education, and innovation.
Special thanks as well to Francisco S.Guitard , Gus Cardenas , and Monika Sebestova Sirilova from USARunway for organizing such an outstanding event and bringing together leaders from different sectors.
Events like this remind us how powerful culture, technology, and collaboration can be when they come together to build bridges between nations.
Looking forward to continuing this journey.

Three years ago this was just a dream. Today it is becoming an international bridge between Málaga and Texas.
A small group of entrepreneurs believed that culture, innovation, and education could build a bridge between Málaga, Spain, and Texas.
What started as a conversation with the Casa Natal Picasso in Málaga, the City of Málaga, and the TECC TEXAS EUROPEAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE Foundation has now become a real international collaboration.
This initiative was made possible thanks to the vision and commitment of
Francisco S.Guitard, Eduardo Galindo ,and Andy Martinez, who believed that bold ideas require courage, perseverance, and collaboration.
Today, we are proud to see this vision moving forward together with the City of Round Rock , Round Rock Arts and Culture, and the Round Rock Chamber
This collaboration is about more than art.
It represents a powerful connection between culture, education, innovation, and economic development.
Inspired by the legacy of Pablo Picasso, this initiative will also support STEM and educational innovation, creating opportunities for students and educators through programs such as STEM in Schools, helping connect young talent between Europe and the United States.
When visionary entrepreneurs, institutions, and cities work together, extraordinary things can happen.
This is not the end of a journey.
It is the beginning of a new cultural and educational bridge between Málaga and Texas.
