What a wonderful time at the City of Bellflower’s Annual Boo-levard Event!

This past Friday, we had the joy of participating in this amazing community event and welcoming hundreds of visitors to our booth!

We loved handing out reusable bags, chips, candy, and even a few small toys to make the evening extra special for the little ones. More importantly, we had the opportunity to share information about our community services, programs, and the many events we offer throughout the year.

It was such a blessing to connect with so many families, see familiar faces, meet new people, and spend time alongside other wonderful local nonprofits who are making a difference in our community.

Thank you, City of Bellflower, for bringing our community together! We are grateful for every opportunity to serve, connect, and share God’s love with our neighbors. ❤️

🍂HARVEST FESTIVAL 2026 🍂

What a wonderful evening we had at our 2026 Harvest Festival! We are so grateful to every family who came out to celebrate with us. It was a beautiful opportunity to share God’s love, create memories, and bring our community together.

This year, families traveled through 4 exciting stations, each one designed to share a little more about Jesus.

Every child received a special Journey Card to take along on their adventure! As they completed each station, they collected their rewards and prizes. We also had a special photo area where families could capture memories with our very own Shieldy! 📸🛡️

And of course, no festival is complete without delicious food and popcorn! 🍿🌮

To close the evening, Captain Henry welcomed every family and invited them to continue being part of our Salvation Army family through our weekly programs, activities, and upcoming events.

Our prayer is that every family left knowing one important truth: Jesus loves them, and they are always welcome here! ❤️

A huge THANK YOU to our volunteers, staff, and everyone who helped make this evening possible. Ministry happens when we come together with one purpose: sharing the love of Jesus with our community.

Until next year! 🍂

Last night, Captain Henry attended the Bellflower City Council meeting and had the opportunity to meet Mayor Sonny of the City of Bellflower! 🇺🇸

During their meeting, Captain Henry shared the many ways The Salvation Army Bellflower Temple Corps is serving, supporting, and making a positive difference in our local community.

We are grateful for opportunities to connect with our city leaders and share how we continue to put faith into action by serving our neighbors and meeting the needs of our community. ❤️

✨🔥 ¡UNA VIGILIA GLORIOSA! 🔥✨

¡HASTA EL 2027! 🔥🙏
