Congratulations to our girls for making the 2026-2027 NWEMS softball team! We look forward to a great season with Coach Gable and Coach Parker!

We are sharing again for the safety of our students and staff on duty each morning, but please be mindful of our students unloading buses and/or cars. To keep safety a priority, we ask that you not pass unloading buses or cars (as students get out on passenger/driver side that can be walking in the lane).

We appreciate your patience and understanding!

We are sharing again that we are so excited to celebrate our Sharks tomorrow - Friday, 10/23 - at our Term 1 Awards ceremonies! All students will attend, but if your child is receiving an award, you should have gotten an invitation from his/her homeroom teacher.

❤️ Happy Principal Appreciation Month to Mrs. Boyer! ❤️

Our teachers and students have showered Mrs. Boyer with words of encouragement and some of her favorite things! {more pictures will be added to this post!}

At NWEMS, we are blessed to have a principal who leads with purpose, supports her staff, advocates for the students, and is committed to making a difference in the lives of others each and every day.

Being a principal is so much more than managing a school. It means celebrating victories, navigating challenges, making tough decisions, encouraging others, and always keeping students at the heart of it all. It takes dedication, resilience, compassion, and a whole lot of heart!

Mrs. Boyer, thank you for your leadership, your commitment to our school family, and your dedication to helping our Sharks connect, empower, and thrive! ❤️🦈🖤 Your hard work does not go unnoticed, and we are grateful for the time, energy, and heart you pour into North Woolmarket.

Join us in celebrating Mrs. Boyer for Principal Appreciation Month!

We are proud to be part of the Shark family and thankful for the leadership that helps us continue to grow and make a difference!

Once a Shark, Always a Shark! ❤️🦈🖤
Chomp, Chomp!

From our Counselor, Mrs. Howard,

Wednesday, October 21 is Unity Day, which is the signature event for the National Bullying Prevention Month that takes place in November. The color orange is selected because the color represents safety, visibility and protection. Students are encouraged to wear the color orange to school on Wednesday, October 21st to show their support.

If you don't have orange, that's okay! Keeping with our school theme of Color the World with Kindness, share a positive word with a friend or teacher, be helpful to someone around you, or simply smile and let someone know you care.
